Sample 3-Course Dinner Menu

This is a set menu. Please select the same starter, main course and dessert for all guests. An alternative vegetarian menu may be selected for guests with special diets.

Starters

  • Course Pate and Onion Marmalade served with Brioche
  • Gratin of Seafood and seasonal Fish served in a Scallop shell (Warm)
  • Swiss Salad
    Refreshing mixed salad of Tomato, Potato, Emmental Cheese and Bacon Lardons.
  • Gateau of Breaded Aubergine and Feta served with a Neapolitan Sauce (Warm) (v)

Main Courses

  • Salmon Fillet served with a Prawn sauce Accompanied with New Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
  • Chicken Breast stuffed with Sun dried Tomato served with Bacon and Spring Onion Mash and Watercress Salad
  • Gressingham Duck Breast Montmorency
    Cherry and Kirsch sauce, served with Fondant Potato and Seasonal Vegetables
  • Beef  Forestiere (£5.00 supplement per person)
    Sirloin of Beef in a Red Wine and Mushroom Sauce
