HOLT Hampshire provides customised programmes at Old Somerley, offering an exclusive venue with activities aimed at providing added value, from team building through to a full range of learning, development and other business applications. These include assessment and development centres, as well as programmes with specific focus on leadership and management development.
HOLT Hampshire has a wide range of mentally-challenging activities based around permanent structures at Old Somerley and the surrounding park and woodlands. The activities are lots of fun, while addressing issues such as communication, motivation, leadership, and problem solving, to name a few. The activities are not designed to test your fitness or phobias.
Each HOLT programme is prepared to reflect the client's own objectives and while HOLT often forms part of a company's business development strategy, a one or two day programme can pay immediate dividends.
Team members learn about the dynamics of individuals working towards a common goal, and are encouraged to concentrate on lessons that can be applied back in the workplace, and steps to achieve sustainable change. Participants are placed in teams of 5 to 8 for the day's activities, with business-focused reviews led by trained facilitators.
